Program Overview
Placement Cell is committed to improve the employability skills of the registered candidates by organizing the following training programs.
- Organizing Aptitude training programs to enhance quantitative, verbal, logical & reasoning skills
- Organizing soft-skills training to improve the candidate’s personality, Confidence level, Public Speaking skills, Conducting Mock Interviews, Group discussions.
- Organizing Technical Skills Trainings by Experts & Career counselling
- The Placement Cell coordinates with recruiting companies and handles the entire end to end placement process.
- Eligibility- B.E | B. Tech | BCA | BSc | MCA | M. Tech

Placements Process
Orientation
Sharing information about the placement process, guidelines, major recruiters and previous years' statistics with the students.
Data Capture
Data capture across various parameters would be done with all the students and this would help in the recruitment process.
Student Mapping
Interacting with the students and then, mapping them to the job opportunities. Based on mapping, Placement Team analyzes the interests of the students and invites the recruiters accordingly.
Placement Training
Every student who has applied for placements, will have to undergo the Recruitment Training Program. It includes In-house Training (Aptitude, Group Discussions and Mock Interviews, etc.) and Workshops.
Recruitment Process
The recruitment process is subject to change based on the request from the Company. If the applications for the job requirement are less, the company can conduct the process at their campus or at a different venue, based on their convenience.
Final Selection
Once the companies are done with the recruitment process, Placement team has to provide the final list of selected students at the end of the procedure. After confirmation from the placement team, successful students would be communicated.
